1. Orders & Payment

All orders require 50% advance. Balance before shipment. Prices are factory FOB Sialkot.

2. Production

Sample approval required before bulk. 3-4 weeks production time after approval & advance.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Air (7 days), Sea (25-45 days). CZ ACTIVEWEAR CO not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes.

4. Custom Logo & Privacy

Your logo/designs are fully confidential. We never share with other customers.

5. Returns & Defects

Report any defect within 7 days of delivery with video proof. No returns for custom orders after approval.

6. Cancellation

Custom orders cannot be cancelled after production starts. Advance is non-refundable.
