At CZ ACTIVEWEAR CO, your satisfaction is our priority.

1. Custom Orders

As all products are custom-made with your logo, we do not accept returns or exchanges after sample approval.

2. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video proof.

We will replace or repair the faulty products free of cost. No need to return defective stock.

4. Refunds

Refunds are only issued for defective products that cannot be replaced. Advance payments for custom orders are non-refundable.

5. Shipping Damage

If your parcel is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with courier photos.
